We had our main bathroom renovated and our second bathroom made fully accessible by Nestor and his crew. This was a complicated job in that we needed one accessible washroom throughout the work. Nestor had given us the most reasonable and transparent quote, and we were impressed by his professionalism, kindness and clear communication. During the project (which was finished as quickly as humanly possible), we were bowled over by the skill and hard work of his crew. The main washroom (gutted and changed from bathtub to walk-in shower with all new tile) is beautiful and feels larger with the new design, along with tile to the high ceiling. Nestor's crew members did careful, meticulous work and were consistently thoughtful. The tiled bench at the back of the shower was itself a tricky project, but we've found it drains well, is very useful and looks amazing. And after the job was finished, when one of the toilets rocked a bit, Nestor came out that day to fix it, making his guarantee for the work quite clear. Overall, this was the best work we have ever had done on any renovation, and we will always recommend Nestor and his crew as top professionals. I only hope he's open to doing other types of improvements for us!
