What We Build

Beautiful condo bathrooms, built for daily life.

Every condo bathroom we build starts with one question: what do you want it to feel like at 7am? The answer drives every decision after that. Here's how we approach the work.

Modern Mississauga condo bathroom with curbless walk-in shower and frameless glass

A bathroom that lives bigger than its square footage

Most Mississauga condo bathrooms run 40 to 70 square feet. The smallest design moves matter the most. Curbless walk-in showers visually expand the floor. Large-format porcelain (24x48 or larger) reduces grout lines so the wall reads as one continuous surface. Frameless glass disappears against the tile. Wall-mount vanities free up floor under the sink so the space looks (and is) more open.

The square footage doesn't change. How the space reads completely does.

Materials chosen for the long run, not the photo

A condo bathroom gets used twice a day, every day, for years. The finishes have to look like they did the day they were installed. We use porcelain over ceramic because it's harder, less porous, and easier to clean. Schluter Kerdi waterproofing membrane behind every wet wall so water never reaches the substrate. Mapei Kerapoxy epoxy grout that doesn't absorb water and never needs sealing. Real quartz, not engineered stone. Frameless tempered glass cut to fit your specific opening, not stock panels.

This is the layer most contractors quietly downgrade to win on price. We don't.

The Mississauga condo aesthetic

There's a look that works in Mississauga's high-rise stock: light Carrara-style porcelain on the walls, soft warm porcelain on the floor, frameless glass, a wall-mount vanity with a quartz top, brushed gold or matte black fixtures depending on the unit's overall palette. Warm LED lighting on a dimmer. It's the look that photographs well, ages slowly, and lifts the perceived value of the entire unit.

We're not married to it. If you want darker, moodier, more contemporary, we'll build that. The aesthetic is yours. We just make sure it's executed at the level you want.

How the design conversation works

Most homeowners come to us with a folder of inspiration photos and one or two non-negotiable items. We start there. First visit: we measure, look at what's possible within your unit, and listen to what you actually want. First quote: based on a defined scope and finish range, no surprises. Pre-construction: we walk through every selection (tile, grout, fixture, vanity, glass, lighting) and lock the design before demo day. Construction: fixed price, fixed timeline, daily updates if you want them.

You sign one contract. Review the design. Pick the finishes. We handle the rest.

Mississauga condo bathroom refresh with modern finishes
$15,000 to $20,000
A Clean Modern Reset

The look: dated bathroom replaced with current finishes. Walk-in shower with porcelain tile, new vanity, fresh fixtures, frameless or semi-frameless glass, modern lighting. Same plumbing footprint.

Right for: studios and 1-bed units where the layout works but the bathroom feels like another decade. The fastest way to lift the entire unit.

Full Mississauga condo bathroom with curbless walk-in shower and gold fixtures
$20,000 to $28,000
The Full Bathroom Build

The look: magazine-quality finish. Curbless walk-in shower, large-format porcelain throughout, custom or floating vanity with quartz top, frameless glass, premium fixtures (brushed gold, matte black, or polished nickel), LED lighting on dimmers.

Right for: 2-bed units and serious refreshes where the bathroom is the centerpiece of the renovation. The most common scope we build.

Penthouse condo bathroom with premium porcelain tiles
$28,000 and up
Penthouse-Quality Build

The look: premium tile or stone, custom millwork vanity, designer fixtures, multi-bathroom packages, statement lighting. Built to match the level of a high-end detached ensuite.

Right for: penthouse and 3-bed units, larger Port Credit waterfront units, and lakefront condos where the bathroom is a defining feature of the home.

Three Design Decisions

The choices that shape the whole room.

We walk you through these on the first visit. Most homeowners arrive with a strong opinion on one and want our recommendation on the other two.

Light palette condo bathroom with Carrara-look porcelain in Port Credit
No. 01

Light palette, or warm palette

A light palette (Carrara-look porcelain, brushed gold, white quartz, warm wood vanity) feels expansive and timeless, perfect for smaller units. A warm palette (greige tile, matte black, mid-tone wood, textured stone) feels grounded and contemporary, beautiful in larger units. Both work in a condo. We help you pick the one that suits the unit's overall aesthetic.

Curbless walk-in shower in Mississauga condo
No. 02

Curbless, or low-curb shower

Curbless gives the cleanest look. The floor flows into the shower with no step, and the bathroom reads larger. It's the Pinterest aesthetic and our most-requested choice. Low-curb (a small ~2" tile threshold) is simpler structurally, slightly less expensive, and contains water more conservatively. Both are achievable in most condos.

Wall-mount versus freestanding vanity in Mississauga condo bathroom
No. 03

Wall-mount, or freestanding vanity

Wall-mount vanities float above the floor, visually lighten the space, and make small bathrooms read bigger. A favourite in city condos. Freestanding vanities give more storage and a more traditional look. Better for households with more bathroom things to put away. We help you choose based on what you actually store.

Recent Project Files

From our Mississauga condo work this year.

Port Credit waterfront condo bathroom renovation Mississauga

Port Credit waterfront 2-bed: light, airy, expensive

A 2-bed corner unit in a Port Credit waterfront tower. The owners wanted the primary ensuite to feel like a boutique hotel: light, calm, finished to the last detail. We built a curbless walk-in shower with Carrara-look porcelain, frameless glass, a wall-mount quartz-top vanity, and brushed gold fixtures throughout. Twelve working days, finished in time for their fall move-in.

Cooksville condo bathroom contemporary refresh

Cooksville mid-rise: warm, contemporary, grounded

A 1-bed in an older Cooksville building. The owner wanted contemporary but warm, not stark. We built a walk-in shower with travertine-look porcelain, a floating wood-grain vanity, matte black fixtures, and soft LED lighting on a dimmer. The bathroom now sets the tone for the whole unit, and the owner says the morning routine has become her favourite part of the day.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How long will my bathroom be out of service?

+

7 to 10 working days for a refresh, 10 to 15 for a full build. You'll get a specific date for the day you can use the new shower and a final completion date in writing before any work starts. We don't move the dates once they're set.

Can I stay in my condo during the renovation?

+

Yes, most clients do. Two-bathroom units are easy. For single-bathroom units we coordinate access to a second bathroom (gym, neighbour, hotel for select water-shutoff days). We isolate the work area with a dust wall and run a HEPA air scrubber daily. Water shutoff days are scheduled in advance.

How do you handle design and finish selections?

+

First visit we measure and listen. We bring sample boards (tile, grout, quartz, fixture finishes) to the second meeting. Every selection is locked before demo day, so you're not making decisions while the work is happening. Send us your inspiration photos before the first visit and we'll come prepared.

What if I don't know exactly what I want yet?

+

Most homeowners don't. We start with what you don't want, work through three or four design directions on the first visit, and bring sample boards to the next meeting. By the time we sign a contract, you've seen and approved every finish. You shouldn't have to be a designer to renovate your bathroom.

Can you move plumbing in my condo?

+

Mostly stuck, with some flexibility. Drain lines run inside the suspended concrete slab and connect to a building-wide stack you can't move. The mixer valve, shower drain, and toilet flange usually stay where they are. Vanity drains have flexibility within the wall cavity, and a toilet can sometimes move 12 to 18 inches within the same wall. We assess what's possible on the first visit so you know your options before you fall in love with a layout.

What about the building's approval and paperwork?

+

Handled. We prepare the alteration package for property management, file the Certificate of Insurance naming the corporation as additional insured, book elevators for material delivery, install hallway protection, and notify neighbours before any heavy work. You sign one contract; we manage everything else.

The building side, handled.
